how come this tenant bravely talk cock...and said he is right....really angry!!!!!!!!!

THE TENANT TOLD THAT HIS LAWYER FRIEND SAID CAN USE THE DEPOSIT TO
OFF-SET THE RENTAL. (Last 2 months' rental)

He also mentioned that in agreement, no any clause to say got penalty for early termination.

This tenant only rented for less than 1 year--only three months (i.e. From February till 31 May, 2014).

In fact, this tenant moved out on 7/6/2014---already over 7 days...........

Then I asked my lawyer friend check the agreement.

DISCOVER THAT THIS TENANT SHOULD AND MUST PAY THE RENTAL(2 MONTHS)
AND ALSO HIS 2 MONTHS DEPOSIT MUST BE FORFEITED.

HERE ARE THE CLAUSES IN AGREEMENT:


PAGE 5, No 12. In the event that the tenant fails to fulfill the tenancy period, the deposit sum shall be forfeited by the Landlord


and

PAGE 7, PART IV: TERM: one (1) year commencing 1st Feb 2014 and expiring 31at January 2015

This tenant "bravely" said, no such term and condition.................

Really have to teach such cunning tenant a big lesson.

Really bloody hell.

This bloody hell tenant also very barvely telling lie and moved out on 7 of June, and told

you that he is right.

My lawyer friend said he should pay RM2400.....to me, other than forfeit the deposit.

(So, this bloody hell still owe me RM2400..............SHIT)

the tenancy agreement clearly stated these 2 clauses................but the bloody hell
still said he is right.............really not shameful....................

REALLY ANGRY AND WANT TO SCREW THIS CUNNING TENANT
