马华反对海外公民大选投票

尽管公民组织敦促政府尊重海外选民的投票权，但马华却反对身在海外的大马公民在大选投票，理由是这批海外选民已跟不上时代（ketinggalan zaman），无法真正掌握大马的实况。
马华认为，大马应该维持现状，即不允许海外选民投票。
马华中委余金福今天在选举改革国会特别委员会召开的公共听证会上，表达马华的正式立场。

The proposal to allow Malaysians living overseas to vote during general elections has been rejected by the MCA, which announced today that these people are "out of touch" with the country.
