428大集会警察暴力更严重
律师公会批未从错误中学习

马来西亚律师公会观察428集会后,认为当天情况比709集会来得更糟糕,特别是警方暴力更严重,也没有从之前的集会中学习到如何管理人群。
律师公会主席林志伟今天在记者会上,指监督集会的观察团队经过709和428两场集会后都有共识,特别是警方暴力更放大,还有大幅度使用水炮与催泪弹。
他们在初步报告中提到,警方发射催泪弹是直接进入人群,而非在人群前方迅速让人群解散;警方也没有理会集会者来自社会各层面。
